Can I put my tumbler in the dishwasher?
We highly recommend hand-washing your tumbler.
While the stainless steel body is tough, the high heat and harsh pressure of a dishwasher can fade the beautiful print over time or affect the vacuum seal. To keep your mug looking brand new for years, a little soap, warm water, and a soft sponge are best.
Will the 40oz tumbler fit in my car cup holder?
Yes! We know this is a deal-breaker for many. Our 40 oz tumblers feature a tapered base specifically designed to fit into standard car cup holders. You can take your hydration on the road with no issues.
Is the lid leak-proof?
Our lids are designed to be spill-resistant and splash-proof to keep your drink safe while driving or walking. However, like most travel cups with straw openings, they are not 100% leak-proof if you turn them completely upside down or throw them in a bag.
Does it really keep ice for 12 hours?
Absolutely. Thanks to double-wall vacuum insulation, our tumblers are champions at temperature retention. In normal conditions, they keep cold drinks icy for 12+ hours and hot drinks steaming for 6+ hours.
Shipping & Orders
How long will it take to get my order?
We treat every order with care.
- Processing: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to print and pack your order.
- Shipping: Once shipped, it typically takes 5–8 business days to arrive at your doorstep (within the US).
- Total wait time: Usually around 7–12 business days.
Can I change my shipping address?
You need to be quick! We process orders as fast as possible. If you made a mistake, please email us at orders@musemug.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, we cannot change the destination.
My package says "Delivered," but I can't find it?
Oh no! First, please check your porch, mailbox, and with your neighbors (sometimes carriers leave it next door). If you still can't find it after 24 hours, contact your local post office with your tracking number.
Returns & Replacements
My tumbler arrived damaged/dented. What do I do?
Don't panic! We have a "Make It Right" policy.
If your item arrives damaged, you do NOT need to return it. Just take a photo of the damage and email it to orders@musemug.com within 7 days. We will send you a free replacement immediately.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, for non-personalized items. If you simply changed your mind, you can return the unused item within 30 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (See our full Make It Right page for details).
Payments
I don't have a PayPal account. Can I pay with a Credit Card?
Yes, you can! We use PayPal as our secure payment processor, but you do NOT need an account.
When you reach the payment screen, simply select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (Checkout as Guest), and you can use your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex just like any other store.
