Shipping & Delivery
At Muse & Mug, we strive to deliver your favorite tumblers as quickly and safely as possible. To understand how we will handle your order, please review our shipping policy below.
1. Processing Time
Please allow us time to prepare your order, as we print and assemble many of our items with care.
- Standard Processing Time: 2–5 business days.
- During peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's), processing may take up to 7 business days.
- Note: Processing time is the time it takes to pack/print your order before it is handed over to the carrier.
Order Cut-off times: 02:00 PM. (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)
2. Shipping Estimates (USA)
We ship to all 50 states via USPS or UPS.

- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
- Example: If you choose Standard Shipping, you can expect your order to arrive in about 7–13 business days total.
3. Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping (Orders $0.00 - $74.99): $6.99 Flat rates
- Standard Shipping (Orders over $75.00): FREE shipping
- Priority/Express Shipping (All orders): $14.99
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS. Please note that shipments to military addresses may take longer (up to 15–20 days) due to military handling time.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order leaves our warehouse in Texas (or our partner facility), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly.
- If you notice a mistake, please email us at orders@musemug.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
We pack our tumblers securely, but accidents happen during transit.
- If your tumbler arrives dented, scratched, or with a broken lid, please email us immediately at orders@musemug.com with a photo of the damaged item.
- We will send a free replacement immediately. You do not need to return the broken item.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Muse & Mug is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
- If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
