Our Promise
We want you to love your Muse & Mug tumbler. Here is how we handle returns:
1. Arrived Damaged or Wrong?
If your tumbler arrives dented, broken, or with a print error, please do NOT return it.
- Simply email a photo to orders@musemug.com within 7 days of delivery.
- We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. No hassle, no shipping it back.
2. Change of Mind?
If you simply don't like the design (for non-personalized items), you can return it within 30 days.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, and a $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
3. Personalized Items
Because these are made just for you, custom/personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error.
