Since we print and pack every order with care, please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your item ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days via USPS or
UPS.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Please double-check your address! If you make a mistake, email us within 2

We want you to love your Muse & Mug tumbler. Here is how we handle returns:
1. Arrived Damaged or Wrong?
If your tumbler arrives dented, broken, or with a print error, please do NOT return it.
2. Change of Mind?
If you simply don't like the design (for non-personalized items), you can return it within 30 days.
3. Personalized Items
Because these are made just for you, custom/personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error.
